Our plugins are digital products that are available for immediate download.
*We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or the customer has accidentally purchased the same product twice.
In the event of a defective product, we require proof in the form of screenshots or video footage.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Toolife Studio and all decisions made are final.
Before purchasing our plugins, we advise that you check the software and hardware requirements listed on the product page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and equipment to use our products.
We cannot issue refunds if you have already downloaded the product and:
• Changed your mind
• Do not have the correct hardware/software
• Do not have sufficient knowledge to use the product
• Attempt to use the product with pirated or illegally downloaded software
